Why reordering visually makes a difference
Rearranging pages by typing numbers is tedious and easy to get wrong: you have to remember what's on each page and count in your head. With the thumbnails in view, the task becomes straightforward — you can see the content and simply drag each page into place.
It's the natural way to fix documents that came out of order: a scrambled scan, chapters saved in the wrong sequence or a cover that ended up in the middle of the file. Instead of redoing everything, you fix the order in a few seconds.
Quality preserved
Reordering doesn't recreate or recompress the pages: they're simply copied into a new file in the sequence you set. The text, images and formatting stay identical to the original.
The thumbnails are only there for you to preview and organize; the final PDF is built from the original, full-quality pages. Pages of different sizes are kept as they are, without distortion.
Thumbnails cost memory
For you to drag pages around, each one has to be rendered as an image in the browser. That is what makes the screen useful — and also what weighs: a two-hundred-page document generates two hundred thumbnails, and on an older phone that can be slow or fail.
If your PDF is very long and the screen stalls, split it into smaller blocks first, reorder each block and merge at the end.

Reorder and remove on the same screen
Since the pages already appear as thumbnails, you can drop the unwanted ones while adjusting the order, without going through another tool. It is the fastest route when a document arrived scanned out of order and with blank sheets in the middle.
The pages you keep are copied without recompression: text stays selectable and images keep their original resolution.
Check before downloading
The screen shows the final order the file will have, so what you see is what comes out. It is worth scrolling through the thumbnails to the end before generating — fixing it there is faster than redoing it later.
If you also removed pages, check the count matches what you expect. Pages dropped by mistake only come back by starting over with the original file.
